Which for me as a 28 y/o just starting out is good for my level, but now I need to graduate to the next level in order to keep growing. 

Matthew looks like a younger guy, probably not long out of law school.

I am a high school teacher in Colorado and I am always looking to help young people get started in real estate investing or help in any way I can.

I am currently in college and won't have the capital to invest until after I graduate next spring.

I recently graduated with a bachelor degree in kinesiology, my plan is to eventually get my PT degree.

Plus I will be going to school full time this fall.

An investment partner and I (both of us are in college) are looking at investing in a real estate property in the greater Orlando area.Upon graduation we will both have a salary around $50k with zero college debt (thanks to parents who prepared heavily for our futures!)

Currently I work in IT at a rural K-12 school in northern Indiana and coach a couple of athletic teams.

I graduated from the University of South Carolina with a degree in Civil and Environmental Engineering in 2019 and currently work as a Land Development Engineer (EIT) with a global architecture, engineering and construction firm.

I was able to buy my first three family at 20 by doing just this and working a construction job out of high school and saving everything I could for two years.Best of luck in investing.
