Hey everyone! New to the idea that I'd even have a shot at REI.

Currently I work in IT at a rural K-12 school in northern Indiana and coach a couple of athletic teams. It's very fulfilling, but leaves a lot to be desired financially. Completing 75 Hard last Autumn started me on the path of reading for personal development, instead of just consuming fiction, and coming across Rich Dad, Poor Dad made me realize how through I am with the Rat Race.

After that, I've been consuming books for the past couple weeks trying to wrap my head around how to get where I want to go. It's looking like syndicate investments in multifamily will be it, but I certainly feel underwater trying to absorb all the info I need.

I really appreciate the experience and resources available here at BP for free, and will try to dig deep with the search function before asking the same newbie question that's been answered thousands of times before (big problem I always see in tech forums). I'm sure that I'll end up annoying a few folks, and probably end up reaching out to several for coaching along the way!
