Real estate or home flipping

Hey how’s it going guys. I just became a member not to long ago. I stumbled upon bigger pockets through their podcast. I really enjoyed the energy, so I started the podcast from the very beginning and been tuned in every since. I’m still new to this so I’m learning every day. I realize every day I don’t take action is a day I could’ve tried. I’m currently a young general contractor that’s been working with my pops since I was a kid basically. I recently graduated with a bachelor degree in kinesiology, my plan is to eventually get my PT degree. I’m taking a year brake and have been contributing to our company more and more. We basically flip homes for a particular investor and do general remodeling on the side. Now that I’m expanding my understanding in real estate, I want to obtain my realtor license within this year, and try flipping home’s on my own. I have the idea and the advantage that we ourselves can flip the homes for more profit but the only barden that’s stopping me is funding. I really don’t like hand outs so that is why I want to pursue my realtor license. The more I can do to help the process the better. But I can only imagine waiting and saving up just to buy a home to flip. I really believe in my crew and company so when I do reach that tier I know things will go well. For now, I will try to expand the best I can, so if anyone reading has creativity in how I can help my journey I would greatly appreciate it. We’ve been working so hard day and night, I know we deserve more so that’s my goal.
