@Brianne ChardPlumbing is decent, will need minor changes due to Kitchen and Bathroom remodels but mostly copper pipe and standard 12 gauge insulated wiring throughout (with a few minor exceptions).

Robert,i am not from the area and do not know much about it, but just wanted to comment on a statement you just made. any property you own can support a PM running it, if its one property or 300, as long as when you run your numbers you include that figure in your expenses ( and you always should, even if you are managing the property, your time is money ). just thought i would throw my 2 cents in, even if its worth a penny.

I usually do this job myself, but with the first child due any day now and me being in full-time-W2-high-school-teacher mode until June I figured I'd hire this one out.A good friend of mine referred me to him and his floors came out great with a great price so I gave them a call.The results were fantastic and they were done in ONE DAY, floors ready to walk on 24 hours after the final coat.
