In the meantime I did a lot more digging online and found some helpful things.

@Kelvin HeSome things to consider:Transfer Taxes: Some jurisdictions impose transfer taxes when property ownership changes, even if it's to an LLC you own.Due-on-Sale Clause: Check your current mortgage agreement for a due-on-sale clause, which might require you to pay off the mortgage if the property is transferred to an LLC.

I know that the property owning LLCs should continue to pay the mortgages, but what other if any expenses should the property owning LLCs continue to pay vs the property management LLC. 

It has only been on the market for 20 days.I contacted my mortgage company and completed an application for a forbearance to give me time to sell it and/or find a job and catch up on the payments. 

And from my understanding, you could be on the hook the whole time for the mortgage.

Everything here was calculated online using mortgage calculators ect so obviously not exact.
