You need to review the leases of the three businesses.

If you choose to use a company like Legal Zoom or go through the state, you may also consider having the real estate lawyer review it to ensure that it is structured properly so that you are protected in case of a suit.2.

They have excellent reviews on Google and the BBB, as well as a good reputation by other builders.

If the property is worth less than what is owed, a short sale review likely can be initiated with the mortgage servicer.

Depending on the bank, what review stage it is in already, will effect the time frames for review of the new offer.
