Behind that technology is a human, and when humans are managing leads - favoritism is all too tempting.

If things were never improved upon then we wouldn't have the technology we have today.

@Levi PainterMarketing to college students is very easy since they are plugged into technologically and all congregate in one specific area.The easiest first step you can take is to post it to Craigslist, and apps like Lovely (although I don't know if Lovely is used by students at your target university).

With the world we're living in now being so technological & the fact that your renting to college students makes all the sense to AT LEAST have internet as YOUR amenity.

For the record, I'd prefer to enter the information because some people just are technology averse.

On top of that they have a technology toolkit that includes fax machines, clay tablets and actual trips to the bank... :)Just saying, don't expect too much, but DO shop around!
