Any words of wisdom on this or resources out there that can help me understand what's required and what I need to do as a managing broker and property management company owner?

Mind you I pay more in income tax on W2 than all of them combined grossed, but they still wanted to argue because the unconsciously incompetent don't know they are incompetent.

@Todd Rasmussen and @Mark S, conventional wisdom suggests that people use a Quitclaim deed to transfer property to their own LLC, based on a perception (emphasis on 'perception') that the lender won't notice or care about the transfer when using a QC deed.  

I really enjoyed your post and understand the wisdom of having these data points at the ready.

And, at 22, there wasn't a readily available place to learn the vast amount of knowledge and wisdom that is available 24/7 across the world like this site. 

This is also the investing wisdom from success investors whom I admire.if you get an "A" in Algebra and Biology in high school, but get an "F" in 5 other subjects, your GPA would be horrible and most decent colleges would not accept you, however this is not the case when you investing in real estate or the financial markets. 

Share a little of the returns, benefit from the wisdom permanently on everything.I'm assuming that you have access to the cash you would need to do it alone and that is a real option, since you're asking the question.
