We never thought to even ask for this term but after buying 3 properties at 70% of appraised value and refinancing after 2 months to pull the equity out at 85% LTV my banker just asked us to tell them the amount we wanted to finance so they could stop redoing the paperwork after 2 months for the tiny initiation fee.
