If I were out of state I would think it would be cost prohibitive for me to 1) take my time to fly out 2)pay for the ticket 3) spend the time here until it's done.

Add all those big ticket items together and you're going to be coming up short BIGLY! 

I will, however, point to all of their education could be found on Amazon for near the same price of a $100 ticket.

The maintenance request ticketing setup has very detailed tracking of progress and notes which I like a lot.

If you have cash reserves or lines of credit, you will not be forced into a "must sell" situation or lose your cash flow to big ticket captial expenses or even vacancies.

TC's customer service seems to take one full day to respond to anything which is not that great, and I haven't needed to submit any support tickets for Avail at all.My questions are: is there anything I've missed in considering/comparing the two? 

However, since we recently started our Real Estate venture, we cannot afford to offer free tickets.

They don't sell many tickets!  

Factor in big-ticket items here as well.
