Once you hit the point that you can’t get conventional mortgages (5-8 houses), or move into larger apartment buildings (5+ units), that’s when an LLC stars making sense, along with all those other asset protection strategies people talk about.

Not always, to be sure, but it's easy to get stars in your eyes- especially if you are talking to people who were able to jump on the massive opportunities of the housing crash.

I surely have stars in my eyes listening to some of the podcast guests talk about how they were millionaires in like, 2 years.

But what you describe is what I seen seen Lori do for years.. build a referral base.Also for star agents in Northern CA  Martin Levy was I think the first mega star  he created the team concept before KW was even in business ( I think )  and that guy NAILED it..

Or, maybe be a rock star.

grandiose real estate projects, luxurious hotels (they have the only 7 star hotel in the world), highest tower in teh world around 200 floors!....
