PayHOA gave us a platform for online dues collection, maintenance requests, violation tracking, real-time accounting sync to our bank, real-time budgeting, trackable email/SMS/phone outreach, automated USPS mailings, calendar, owner forum, shared document storage, and (just this year) monthly bookkeeping and accounts payable.That last bookkeeping offering alone has saved us thousands of dollars/year, while improving accuracy and responsiveness versus our traditional bookkeepers and accounting service.

I favor AirBNB to some extent but not a lot of complaints on either platform. 

The reason I'm saying that is BP is really a real estate investing platform, most people here because in some way or another, into grow wealth via real estate investment.

They are acting as your realtor basically.As mentioned already in this thread, they provide you with recommendations of property managers which helps you when you are out of state.I wouldn’t completely trust all the maths on their website, nor documents on their platform.
