Any experience using roofstock for first investment property?

I'm starting out my REI journey this year and came across roofstock.com. Has anyone had any experience using this site to buy any rental properties? Not having looked into it too deeply yet, at first glance seems like a good service for starting out, but was curious in what your thoughts were in the BP community.

@Juan Solano I can tell you this company is under the microscope (in my market) and likely many others for brokering real estate without a license. This was probably never a thought when they started.

I can tell you that they have a "proprietary algorithm" for reporting property performance that is complete shite. Nothing against them, really, but they are not local. Link up with a solid agent...you cannot gain the same experience on a platform geared at exploiting as many profit centers from you as possible.
