We submit LOIs and offers and get usually what we want but then it comes time to put up the down or even a POF and then we hit the wallSo where I really need help is the best way to bring an equity partner(s) on board to put up all or most of the down payment when we have little or no track record in the MFU realm BUT we know HOW and WHAT to do with them, we just have not technically done it.With the new REG D changes at the end of September, Im also trying to figure an (ideally) un-complex way to be able to structure potential private lenders to help us out too.
