The buyers were willing to pay my full asking price so perhaps they will accept this as a means to close the deal.

Hence: wholesaling + taking ownership for a bit + full retail end sales price = "wholetailing."

I love looking at houses full of junk, overgrown lawns, etc.

I'm a full-time student and i do have a part-time job, I have a passion in making wealth but i do not want to keep trading my time for money.

Basically the clause states that the full loan will be called due based on the transfer of ownership.
