Stop thinking that popularity, celebrity status, number of followers, or how funny, entertaining, clever, effects laden or cool an ad is,, that this somehow translates to how effective their system is.

The key is to just figure out what market is within the facinity that a seller would entertain a $5000 deposit.Make sure that if it's a condo you're buying that the condo is one that can legally be rented out.
