People like to help people and coach / mentor but if you asked an agent to run comps on 5 properties in different areas you are probably asking for 5 hours of work and if you do not buy there is no compensation.  

Find a coach who you can "shadow" for a bit to understand what goes on.

I was also able to identify with it because it was written as though you were a "fly on the wall" in a discussion between a business owner and coach.  

Can't believe a mentor/coach here on BP sent me a request to endorse him the other day having never done business with him, so I had to deny that automated request.....he should have known better.There are a few on BP that mentor and I'm fine with that, I don't go in hammering them on just anything, I realize it's a business.

I have been working the business and coaching people in it for many years and I do have an e-book available that actually talks about just the meat of doing the business.

You could also hire a coach who has been successful actually doing what you want to do to help you build your business faster.

Sometimes this means pulling out your checkbook and paying a coach, sometimes it's just networking.

The highest priority goal is to hire some kind of productivity/accountability coach to help us build, execute and track consistently on our own Four Disciplines of Execution type goals so our agents can stay on track with their goals and we can grow our company.
