first time investor suffering from analysis paralysis

hello guys. I need some guidance and advise.
I am thinking about investing in rental multi family units so I can create passive income which will help me with my retirement goal.

What strategies would you recommend to get started?

What are the keys elements that needs to be considered when choosing a location? I have decided on rochester ny but the numbers such as crime rate and depreciation rate, bothers me a bit. I wonder if I am experiencing analysis paralysis.

I have been reading some articles on thr subject and would appreciate some assistance.

I am 100% sure I got this cause I have done the research but is still unsure.

i agree. start in columbus, your hometown. great opportunities out there.

i think you need to do more research on BP 1st though. do that & you should be good to go.
