The city won't enforce HOA.. so we just built what we wanted.

This city is filled with PM companies that will lure you in with promises of quality service just to get you signed. 

Very cool city.

The city has somewhere to tune of hundreds, if not thousands of homes like this. 35-40 were demolished back in 2013.

Hey guys,I would like some advice/ideas on how to turn around a property I acquired online or how to get rid of it (if it's not worth the trouble).Being prior military I was familiar with Fort gordon, GA (city of Augusta) and received a notice that the VA was getting rid of several properties that it had foreclosed on.

I was required to fax in:Copy of my Drivers LicenseCopy of my Social Security CardNOTARIZED water service applicationSigned copy of settlement statement from title companyThis seems like a ridiculous amount of red-tape required to set up water and trash service with the city of Dallas.  

I'm a local Wholesaler/Rehabber in Lubbock and we're really in a great city for ROI from rentals.

lightly sand the panels to rough it up clean away the dust get a good primer,then paint it it comes out pretty good I did a room in a 1910 in atlantic city and it came out nice 

Taxes, sewer, and water you can all get from the city.
