I am in Tyler, TX...which is in East Texas, so I'm not familiar with Groves...but I would suggest finding a Realtor in the area (you might have to call a few until you find one you like) and start communicating.

It's a bit tougher out by us and heading east is doesn't get much easier outside of some older neighborhoods like Elgin, Woodstock etc.

I see that more on the East coast as older cities like Richmond have gentrified, and correct me if I'm wrong but I'd guess that the properties are still on the older side even though they are in good areas.
