We have searches set up that find properties with income suites.THE NEGOTIATIONThe middle of 2018 was a hot time in the Denver market (as it was in Colorado Springs).

The North Easte Ohio Real Estate market is a great place to start.  

From middle school on there have been the popular kids and those who wish they were.

Purchase price: $55,000 Cash invested: $30,000 We are in the middle of rehabbing this property.

I am in Tyler, TX...which is in East Texas, so I'm not familiar with Groves...but I would suggest finding a Realtor in the area (you might have to call a few until you find one you like) and start communicating.

Our tenant broke out no pet rule for a number of months- we just found out- we are also in the middle escrow with them to purchase the house- any suggestions on what to do?

Certain parts of the east side of buffalo are war zones.

It's a bit tougher out by us and heading east is doesn't get much easier outside of some older neighborhoods like Elgin, Woodstock etc.

I see that more on the East coast as older cities like Richmond have gentrified, and correct me if I'm wrong but I'd guess that the properties are still on the older side even though they are in good areas.
