I have looked at the bronx too and you need a good amount of startup . like 500k and higher. any lower is just in bad condition and not worth the hassle and most have tenants that don't want to leave so it's just a mess. good luck with all that. the good thing about it is I know people with small building and I tell them not to sell hold on to that forever lol

So I'm understanding you can't apply for an EIDL to start up but in order to stay in business.
