More than 1/2 the time you hear a "click" and they hang up and that is what you want.

So I have decided to get my RE license, I understand there are a few things to look for before deciding where to hang my license.

There was also a petrified bat carcass hanging onto one of the third floor window screens. 

I was wondering if anyone could suggest a brokerage in the Detroit area (preferably downriver), where I could hang my license at a reasonable rate.

I looked at the property records - expansion would be possible but would necessitate the purchase of an adjoining property.

I can do more then the 3.5% but would like to hang on to capital for the next property and have some cash reserves.Regards,Jennifer

I'm going to setup LLCs and GP/LP entities to give investors rights to distributions.Re: MLS - I'm currently networking with brokers to find someone to hang my license with.  

Find someone to do what you want - pay them hourly - make a list of exactly want you want done -List - clean oven and frig, mop basement floors - clean all kitchen cabinets - remove trash - rake leaves, touch up paint in bedrooms - hang blinds - paint basement floor - repair broken window.

In this case, I would have a realtor ready to recommend to them, as well as a property manager, so that at least you are offering them some solutions and not leaving them hanging.
