Regardless of the current condition there is ample opportunity to stand out from existing rental competition with attractive styling, design, decor and pro active management. - Profitability & Consistency: Last but not least..prime Oregon Coast STR vacation rentals generally do very well financially.

We have no idea what we are doing and I can’t wait to learn some tips and tricks from you all! 

But you just don't learn enough, let alone have enough experience to to it correctly and successfully from just taking a guru seminar, or buying a mentorship.  

You will be well served to learn about the withholdings that will take place if you ever wish to sell or exchange the real estate you buy here.
