I feel like I am currently shoping for the buyers I have first, and then with marketing dollars, can grow leads for sellers.

This makes it tough to start small and slowly grow my real estate investments.

These markets (NYC, SF, LA etc) will retain and grow in value over time.

I wanted to ask if there were any local wholesalers in the Montgomery County whom I would be able to connect with in order to grow my network and ask a few questions regarding the real estate here in Maryland.I want to let everyone know I am not looking for mentor, not yet at least.

This firm has taken an interest in me and I have the opportunity to get my Master's in Tax paid for and a full time offer in a role supporting their Fed Tax practice.However, recently I interviewed with a growing real estate company for a position as a property accountant where I'll get exposure to many different areas. 

Want to start small with some income producing homes and eventually grow into large multifamily.  

You have to take a look at yourself, know who you are, what your goals are, how you want your business to grow and succeed, and what lasting impression you want to leave and how you want to impact the communities you serve.

You learn how to properly analyze deals, get paid on commission, and build the network you'll utilize as you grow into a position you're capable.

Either way, if you are getting more experience that will help you grow, a portion of a good deal is better than all of a bad deal.

Obviously I want as many plans as possible that I can contribute to and grow tax free.
