s Lower Mainland have joined the flood of callers to a U.S. consumer group investigating Chinese drywall that has allegedly begun to sicken North Americans.Thomas Martin, president of America's Watchdog, says that in the past two weeks about a dozen Lower Mainland callers have all reported experiencing the same nose bleeds, breathing problems and allergy-type symptoms that have affectedhomeowners across the U.S.Continued exposure could result in severe health problems, the group says."

Dan,I am very knowledgable and experienced in the SDI field and can help you.There are a few legal and ethical strategies you can do to improve your financial situation outside of the IRA, using the IRA funds.You can not buy a home with your IRA and live in it (except for only ONE way), even if you create an LLC and use your forementioned idea.

I am contemplating putting an offer in , contingent upon the Buyer's agent commission being rebated back to the Owner, then this money will be used to pay closing cost.I am thinking this is somewhat common for experienced investors, but I am just guessing .So , my question is, can I get the Buyers commission rebated back to the owner, then this money is used for closing cost ?
