This way you can begin building your "team" or start figuring out the best places to get loans, best contractors, etc.It's a waiting game for sure and it sucks to just sit but I'm sure everyone goes through a stagnant period in their career.Good luck out there!

 @Heather Hopkins I would consider the triangle as well...lots of inventory and still deals to be had if play the game correctly.

There is no reason for anyone to be unemployed.Work for 3-5 years for the same employer, get your ticket, establish your credit and save every penny you can. 

If I already have an LLC established, could I contract and manage a rental property that is not under that LLC and would that property be protected because it’s managed by an LLC?
