How to look for deals

Hi. I'm absolutely fresh at this game. I'm looking for a multi family, cash flow producing property. I'm using all the MLS websites to search but I feel that this is not the way to get the real deals and the pros get those before I can. What is a way to market myself and to search for deals using little to no money.
