He promised to retract it from the final offer documents...had us auto click initial all pages using DocuSign...... and boom, we he literally sued us as apparently he took that draft version to print as a buyers agreement....even pretended to be our best friends congratulating us on our purchase with other agent who we got our place after first day looking around and putting in an offer. 

If you don't want to use mileage, you can deduct actual auto expenses.

I usually run an auto script from RPR, look at the estimated value in Reallist, the appraised value for taxes, then run my comps off the MLS and see where I am.

Once I found out part of the auto assignment for a group of properties wasn't working.
