Much of that has been discussed here in depth, you might search and read the issues of the day.As a buyer you can make an offer, but if it is a transaction under the SAFE Act, you won't be devising the terms but you can agree and accept or walk away.Biggest thing for a buyers is not to overpay for the financing, best is to have it appraised as SF deals cut that aspect out and lenders protect buyers as well as themselves.
