'Virtual' investor from New Zealand

Hi all, my name's Forrest. I'm new to US RE investing, looking to start with wholesaling properties in the Miami/Fort Lauderdale/Palm Beach areas remotely from NZ ...attracted by the huge opportunities available currently in the US.

I'm impressed with what I have seen of the resources available here and haven't even scratched the surface yet ...I see there's even an overseas investors group!

I'm really looking forward to networking with other BP members and tapping into the huge depth of knowledge available here. (Is it cool to use that acronym right now?!:-)

I must say, you're bolder than I, relying on data provided by those you don't know to buy properties in areas you may not be familiar with and in conditions you can't see! Good luck, Bill
