There are so many coaches out there now that it is hard to tell who will bring value and who is just trying to make a buck.

Just be sure that they're interests are aligned (deal structure and $ in the deal), that they are well educated in the asset class and syndication, that they have a strong team/support structure in place (securities attorney, property management, sponsor/coach, etc.)

Yes and the tools are ALL LOCATION DEPENDANT.For instance, I coach sub2, wraps and lease options andNC has screwy laws w LOs and Lease Purchase.

I am interested in any strategy that will help me to become free from jobs...I have also contacted a real estate investing coach...He charges 6,500 for the entire year...Is this a practical approach..Im stuck and I am stupid when it come to this..I dont know which way is up or who is truthful or not...I do not want ro waste any more time in my life on hope dreams...I need and want results.

As long as they are under the impressions pumped out by gurus, coaches, paid mentors, even other unknowing operators, as long as they believe what they are doing is the way to do it, they'll likely stay right where they are.
