Real Estate Coaching

There are so many coaches out there now that it is hard to tell who will bring value and who is just trying to make a buck. Being on BP, I know there is endless free information out there but I also know myself and my limitations.

With that said, does anyone have a GREAT experience with a coach or any advice on locating one that can bring experience and value to the table?

Best,

Veronica L. Pollan

 Sam,

Is that it?  Either this or that?

I ponder ideas:  For example, in your 36 years in the Silicon Valley what are the top ten coolest deals you've been involved with? Can you assist another person, say, the lady here, in pulling off such a deal?   From where I sit I'm going to venture to say that she's not looking for 'free' and she's not looking for slick sales-talk either.

Perhaps the money that any coach presents as their entry fee is meant to be a barrier to entry. 'Free' promotes one thing and 'expensive' can promote another thing. I'll pay $20K to enter a deal that will clearly net me $60K.

Players are not going to want to hold hands with a mentee and a high value mentee is not going to want or need to hold hands with a great, even good, mentor.
