I just had a guest check in and the ceiling fan blade (less than a month old) fell off and hit him in the head (no injuries or anything) but they would like me to come take a look at it.  

I am looking to buy turnkey houses in that area but wanted to reach out to you guys to check if there are any concerns on that?

After purchasing done they did inspection without letting us as we were not there they did not able to check backside of house because fence is locked.
