There are enough leads to keep you busy for a while!

I've recently started a small business, Alpine Property Rentals LLC, focusing on wholesaling and acquiring single-family homes for rental purposes.

I am totally open to ideas and constructive criticism as I stated I am new to this and would like to learn from all of you experts:) Thank you so much in advance!

Here's my #1 dissatisfier in dealing with agents: Most have NO idea how to evaluate investment properties.I HATE when agents bring me a so-called "deal" without having first determined whether it actually makes sense financially.Then, when I do run the numbers and calculate a cash flow of $50/mo and a cash-on-cash return of 3%, I feel violated, like my time has been totally wasted.And, that's the last "deal" I'll ever consider from that agent!

This definitely isn't a habit that you want to get yourself into as it can for sure be seen as bad business.

Does anyone have any thoughts or ideas on the BUILDERS and cities/subdivisions that I could target?

Got $100k business line of credit with 710 credit score to buy some more properties.Do you think it is better idea to buy a rental house (worth $70k) with the credit card paying all?

Any ideas on getting a look see inside the currently occupied property?
