We just received our inspection report back and it has 11 critical points that we need to address and either abate or mitigate it also has dozens of spots that tested positive but no current action is required.

My concern is turning the appraisal into the county and them seeing the place has more bedrooms than they have on record and raising the taxes?

It would show the date and time you sent it, along with their email address and the name of the attachment you included with the email. 

It seems someone is using my house/address to scam people into giving them money for deposits and then they get no rental (or some other form of scam).

Code violations recorded on title are OK as the rehab loan can address them.

Think of all the things that could go wrong and see if the lease addresses them: unauthorized pets or tenants, early termination, security deposit, lease violations, late rent, eviction, lawn maintenance, parking, etc.5.

I'm imagining some website where I log in, type the address of the property I wish to add and click submit (okay, maybe not quite that easy but at least in that direction).Thanks,Todd
