Great use of technology and communications.

Major players in the information technology business could easily destabilize the bitcoin market by switching on and off huge networks of mining computers. 

Some people also think that block chain technology will also be used for smart contracts which would help add transparency and efficiency to the home buying process.

New technology can make this even better.

And we have landed – I like to think by accident – on a technology that perpetuates it and amplifies it, occasionally productively, but more often to no purpose at all.

@MichaelQuarles So the one-offs will call you back next year when they have blown half the cash on a new gaming computer  then gave the rest up for a down payment on a new land contract with  a new and improved 2 year balloon technology?   

I'd like this post to be primarily about Ringless Voice Drop and other technology that's out now.

Personally I think technology has set us towards a path of deal making unlike any time in the past. 

Jerry are you saying that the market, techniques, and technology has changed drastically and that a/most/all post(s) from 8 years ago are/may be outdated and no longer the best advice possible?
