@Hush Dinero , the FHA loan comes with a 1-year owner occupancy requirement, meaning you couldn't rent it out for the first year.Not really a problem, if you're looking to live there anyway, and after one year you can rent the entire thing out.Let me throw another concept at you, something we call House Hacking here on BiggerPockets.
