Elliot up and down about companies that are coaching folks but I like what @Don Harris and his partner are doing.  

BMO Harris offers this product and a small portion of your 10K/year savings can go into this account and it reports the monthly savings to credit just like your making a loan payment, however, you are making a savings payment. 

I like the Harris County Flood Education Map Tool but unfortunately it's glitchy and only works sometimes... with this said... what websites, tools, maps, etc. do you all like to use when considering real estate?
