I'm new to REI. I have been to several RE group meetings, read books/blog, and watched podcast, where now its time to get some hands on experience.

I'm interested in wholesaling to earn some capital to purchase a buy and hold investment with low or no money and explore future flipping project. My goal is to establish a portfolio with several long term properties investments, that'll provide passive income.
