@Jack Perfett  Unless the houses are really cheap and you can't get a mortgage, you are usually better off taking out mortgages.

Mixed feelings, since many people own properties, dont want them to go down on price, but deep inside want to buy cheap, i think its a 50 50 chance, that either one happens , i want to hear predictions from wizards.
