Personally I think technology has set us towards a path of deal making unlike any time in the past. 

Jerry are you saying that the market, techniques, and technology has changed drastically and that a/most/all post(s) from 8 years ago are/may be outdated and no longer the best advice possible?

Technology has completely changed this business.

Technology on change of addresses and vacancies has changed since then, but a good example of thinking differently.On our accuracy, it is really easy in most counties to go to the county and verify.

The lady was older and she was "old fashioned" in the way she communicated, so emails, text messages, and other technological forms of communication weren't efficient in communicating with her.

Yet I know they represent two very different companies, mostly since KW is so huge and Barker is more local.The impression I get (although I'm not sure) is that Barker's training would be more person-to-person, while KW's training might be more technology based.
