Yes, AppFolio, cozy, etc.Just make sure they understand what you want out of the app and then understand how they do that.

I manage mine from 4.5 hours away and would be happy to share insight, but essentially a strong housekeeper, local handyman and a working phone with mobile app capability is all I need to run our cabins.  

Our PM firm goes through dozens of apps a day.

I find it hard to manage these like you can your email with apps like Boomerang.

So in that vein, I wanted to ask actual real estate professionals a curiosity question: Is there anything in your typical real estate workday that you wished there was an app or a software for?

Online version can be accessed from your phone app or from any device anywhere.In order to coordinate with someone else, such as your assistant or your CPA, you need to either physically give them access to your computer or send them a file, for which they need their own licensed desktop version.

@Mark Albini I was told cash app, Venmo, and even PayPal where ways I can also do it.

I have a few properties in my area that are abandoned and vacant, is there a website or App that I can look on to find out who owns the properties.
