What do you wish there were an app/software for?

I’m a college student just getting into the real estate industry and wanting to become a real estate investor. In college, we’re taught constantly to think outside the box. So in that vein, I wanted to ask actual real estate professionals a curiosity question: Is there anything in your typical real estate workday that you wished there was an app or a software for? For example, I know softwares like Argus are reliable cash flow modeling softwares that some companies rely heavily on.

I know it’s an oversimplification to simply say “Just make an app for that.” Many things not already digitized or made into a program might be impossible to create a software for. But help me think outside the box. Please let me know if there’s anything, even something that would be impossible to program, that you wished were an app or a software that would make your Real estate day-to-day easier.
