Nothing impossible, it would just be the path of least resistance (electrical pun intended) for us to live in Unit 1.2) Unit 2 doesn't have access to that space, not a biggie, but still something we're taking into consideration.You are right though, this is only a temporary ordeal.

Others like weather, flight risk of contractors on projects without performance bonds, event risk from the national economy (think mortgage crisis or war with Russia), interest rate risk, etc.

It's a bit different than how others do it, since I can't touch my profits until year 2, but it eliminates from having to tap into my account that I purchase properties with, or my personal savings.It always seems that it comes in bunches, good job for planning for it and weathering the storm!
