Are you using STFI permits for your rehabs in Seattle? Curious what people are doing locally here. 

In Seattle you don't need a permit if the rehab is less than $4000 or less in any six-month period You always need to permit if making changes to load-bearing supports, changes to the building envelope, and work that reduces egress, light, ventilation or fire resistance.
