In general, whenever I see someone do this, my intuition is telling me that they are wasting money and it provides absolutely no protection 99% of the time.

I know i'm still very young, but i was curious what i could do next to better myself and educate my self even more, i'm currently reading up on real estate and talking to plenty of people in my family on advice and there past, my uncle is a local Realtor and i plan on working for him this summer just to help out in the office and maybe he can educate me more. i feel like theirs still empty spots to be filled, im very determined to be successful and don't want to be wasting any time?
