From what I've read thus far, REI authors touch on this subject in only the most general terms -- i.e. to evaluate a market, one should consider population growth, economic conditions, infrastructure, average cap rates, housing supply and demand, the legal environment, etc.

Do this on your own and than you can see the source of the leak and determine if you want to take a crack at it yourself.If it is only leaking when shower is on, it is more likely it is in the drain piping and not the supply but not necessarily.DO you have PVC?

All I had to agree to was whatever the state said as far as child support (which you can't reduce in a prenup anyway) and 2% of AGI per year set aside for reimbursement for child expenses like sports, educational extracurriculars, etc.
