Understood, I have my property manager handle my other units, this one I manage myself, although my PM did find this tenant, collected her deposit and did both the pre-rental walkthru and the vacancy walkthru, although the lease was executed directly with my LLC.

My lease is a contract understood and agreed to by all parties concerned. 

It is not very understood by the public, but my husband and I have plans to change this issue.
