The best and most respectful to go about this would be to request for her pictures and a video of the unit and phrase is as such that we do not want to interrupt her and compromise her health. 

Whenever we have succumbed to such a request and despite telling agent what our requirements were and that they would have to be paid by the susp... oh...prospect, all 3 or 4 brought exactly the least qualified folks 2 even that had not made it through our prescreen 3 weeks earlier. 

They requested my tenant criteria  and I never heard from them again.

@Kori Kelly Hello Kori, this is a usual request from a bank especially when dealing with secondary market loans as the underwriting process can be quite detailed.

You get your inspection done, if anything pops up you can negotiate from there for the seller to complete the requested repairs, credit at closing to buyer, etc.

I then added more criteria to my list request, which made it a "specialty list" and they upped the price.Then I found PropStream. 

The main thing you want to watch out for is what type of renovations will be requested when you turn the space over.

The seller is requesting to review the LLC's annual tax returns each year.
