Best platform for real estate investing. 

I know the BP platform was a huge help for a lot of people who are just starting their real estate investing and a great place to connect. 

Some reasons why so many investors are talking about investing here include:- Low inflation- One of the safest cities in Ohio- Low cost of living- Growing metropolitanToledo Investment Properties are providing investors with a uniquely comprehensive platform that makes Toledo a logical place to invest in.

But I did like REIPro, but I like Propstream's "cash sales" feature (I'm not sure if REIpro has this) and like the whole platform enough not to switch back if that says anything lol.

I am new to managing the platform, but we are at 95-100% occupancy during the summer months. 70% currently in September.

The AirBnB/HomeAway/VRBO platforms all offer insurance, plus the property manager has short-term rental insurance for his business (I'll look closely at his policy, of course).

They are a platform for doing exactly what you want.

I haven't personally tried this yet, but I have had heard positive things about Tribevest as a platform for investing with friends & family.
